He leads DA LEGALS and its commercial, employment and tax law practice: shareholders’ agreements, holding structures and restructurings; employment law from the employer’s side; and the company’s tax and accounting advice. He also works on financial markets regulation (MiFID II and market abuse).

He leads the firm’s practice on the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and on the use of these tools inside a company, an area where the client’s question is rarely technological and almost always about liability.
