He leads DA LEGALS and heads the corporate practice: employment law from the employer’s side, corporate law —shareholders’ agreements, holding structures, restructurings— and regulatory compliance, including financial markets regulation (MiFID II and market abuse).

He completed the Artificial Intelligence & Big Data Executive Program at ISDI (100 hours). That is the basis for the firm’s practice on the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and on the use of these tools inside a company, an area where the client’s question is rarely technological and almost always about liability.
