Your matter, with an assigned lawyer and a fixed price
What weighs most when the problem is yours is usually not the legal difficulty: it is not knowing how long it will take, how much it will cost, and who you talk to. Those three things are settled before we start.
Civil law and employment law for individuals are handled by María Doménech Aviñó, registration no. 20.288 of the Valencia Bar Association (ICAV). You deal with her directly, not with a switchboard or a case administrator.
How we work with an individual
First we assess whether the matter has prospects
At the first consultation we review the documentation and tell you what can be claimed and with what likelihood. If the case has no prospects, we say so just as clearly: it saves you the cost of proceedings that were going nowhere.
A fixed quote before we start
You know the amount and its scope in writing before anything begins, with no unforeseen additional payments on account. If the matter drags on because of an unexpected development, you are told before any further cost is incurred.
We keep you informed without you having to chase us
Whenever there is a decision, a hearing date or a relevant step, we tell you. You do not have to call to find out how it is going.
A named lawyer
The file is led by María or Josep, registration nos. 20.288 and 12.981 of the ICAV. Whoever sees you at the first consultation is the one who handles the matter through to the end.
