First we assess whether the matter has prospects
At the first consultation we review the documentation and tell you what can be claimed and with what likelihood. If the case has no prospects, we say so just as clearly: it saves you the cost of proceedings that were going nowhere.
An engagement letter before we start
Fees are assessed case by case. You receive the engagement letter with its scope before anything begins. If the matter drags on because of an unexpected development, you are told before any further cost is incurred.
We keep you informed without you having to chase us
Whenever there is a decision, a hearing date or a relevant step, we tell you. You do not have to call to find out how it is going.
A professional tailored to you
The file is handled by the best professional in our team for your case, a lawyer registered with the ICAV. Whoever sees you at the first consultation is the one who handles the matter through to the end.
