Corporate legal advice

Ongoing advice
for the company and for its shareholders.

Most of the matters that reach a law firm were avoidable months earlier: a contract never formalised, a shareholders’ agreement never executed, a compliance programme never reviewed.

Hiring and workforce, corporate structure, regulatory compliance and protection of the shareholders’ assets. Led by Josep and María Doménech Aviñó, registration nos. 12.981 and 20.288 of the ICAV, with a fixed quote before each piece of work.

How we work with a company

We start with a diagnosis, not with a proposal

At the first meeting we analyse the business, the corporate structure, the contracts that carry the revenue and the sources of risk. The result is a prioritised list; you decide what is tackled and in what order.

Periodic review, with a calendar

A review that is filed away and never updated offers no protection. We set an annual review —contracts, workforce, shareholders’ agreement and compliance— and tell you about the legislative changes that affect you without your having to ask.

An assigned lawyer, available before you sign

A short consultation before signing avoids, in most cases, later proceedings. You always deal directly with Josep or with María.

Predictable fees

A fixed quote per piece of work, or a monthly retainer where the volume justifies it. Fees are settled before each piece of work begins.

How this firm uses artificial intelligence

The firm uses artificial intelligence tools for legal research, document review and preparing drafts. Legal judgment, the decision and the signature rest in every case with the lawyer responsible for the file: no matter is resolved automatically.

The documentation you give us is subject to the duty of legal professional privilege under article 542.3 of the Spanish Judiciary Act (Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial), and that duty is not diminished by the use of these tools. If you would prefer they were not used on a particular matter, just say so.

Josep completed the Artificial Intelligence & Big Data Programme at ISDI —Executive Program, 100 hours—. That is the basis for the firm’s advice on the obligations under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and on how they fit with the GDPR.
